Acquired digital fibrokeratoma

Overall silhouette resembles acquired digital fibrokeratoma. But prominent vasculature, mucin deposition and some stellate/spindle cell proliferation, makes me think of superficial acral fibromyxoma.

For me it’s a multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma.

Cellular digital fibrous. The lesion is less myxoid than SAF. It is CD34+ which excludes the other entities in the morphological differential diagnosis.
