The cyst seen here is a hybrid cyst having features of eruptive vellus hair cyst (vellus hair shafts in the cavity) and steatocystoma ( sebaceous gland adjacent to the cyst wall).

I see sebaceous gland near the cyst, and maybe there is the typical corrugated cuticle, also. Isn’t there? I’m not sure...
