Histiocytoid ( signet ring cell ) Carcinoma of the eyelids. p63/GATA3, but overall CPC, to rule out mets breast ILC.

Agree! Monocle tumors are quite rare and look alot like lobular Ca but they are E--Cadherin positive. We should rule out ILC first (what was the histology of the breast ca?)

The patient had a lesion of metastatic breast carcinoma on this location, and this is a recurrence. CK7+gata+. Easy to miss-there were only about 8 cells in total. Reminder that ILC can be quite subtle in an unusual location.
