"M 28, erythematous swollen itchy fingers and toes associated with erythematous edematous papules and plaques over the fingers and dorsa of hands with tiny foci of necrosis/crustations."

Chillblains- could be idiopathic or lupus associated. Or may be COVID related.

Yes this was chilblains (mostly chilblain lupus)

Patient had also classic tumid LE lesions on the back.
