Superficial part of a spindle cell tumour showing storiform patterning.  Could be a benign dermatofibroma, or the superficial part of a dermatofibrosarcoma protruberans.  The history is a bit suspicious of the latter.  CD 13a and CD34 please.

DFSP. Cd34 is positive and factor 13a, negative.
