Sister Joseph nodule. Metastasis from GIT malignancy. Epidermotropic metastasis, could be from a prostatic carcinoma.

Cannot seen real nests, but when I see cells pushing against each other, first thought is Melanoma.

At first glance i thought it was a melanoma with lots of emboli, but I think i see intracellular mucin, so its probably a metastasis and this location is a known spot for GI mets. Would like to do an alcian blue and a brown stain to rule out melanoma

This is an amazing case of a sister Mary Joseph nodule of someone with a lung primary. TTF1 is positive and melanoma markers are negative.
