"F 72, Persistent scaly erythematous atrophic patches (some are slightly sclerotic) over the thighs, groin area and buttocks of progressive nature for about 6 years. No relevant drug history."

epidermotropic and interstitial T-cells with partial CD7 loss, history of persistent lesion. likely MF, TCR study?

CD7 is reduced. It should be a clue to MF.

Interstitial MF was the final diagnosis based on constellation of clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical features.
