F, 52, with SLE Annular rash on the back.

Tinea corporis with hair shaft invasion by the dermatophyte probably in the setting of immunosuppression caused by therapy of SLE.

Dermatophite Follicutilis, looks myxed, endotrix and ectotrix patterns.
