Granuloma in the papillary dermis below parakeratosis suggests lichen nitidus if clinically appropriate although the dermal mucin is intriguing.

Agree. In papillary dermis looks like lichew nitidus, but doesnt fit clinically. Granuloma annulare is a good spot.
