Epidermal cysts with laminated keratin and a background of solar skin damage. Could be a manifestation of Favre- Racouchot syndrome

Agree, with a weird similarity to a trichofolliculoma, sebaceous variant. What do you guys think about?

Like a folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma + some corrugated lining. interesting indeed.
