If this is a single tumor-like lesion in the patient, this is a Porokeratoma. If there are multiple like this, Porokeratosis.

I doubt whether these are 'real' cornoid lamellae. One expects hypogranulosis at the base of the parakeratotic column that is cornoid lamella. We see hypergranulosis with coarse keratohyaline granules at the base of the parakeratotic column in picture 4. The acanthosis that is seen is quite irregular. I favour lichen simplex chronicus. Clinical correlation will be important.

This doesn't look like porokeratosis to me.  There is far too much irregular acanthosis and no convincing cornoid lamellae.  Also, I've never seen porokeratosis in the groin.

Why isn't this a viral wart?
