The pink, homogeneous material in the dermis could be amyloid deposited in the setting of primary systemic amyloidosis. Lipoid proteinosis is a differential.

Agree, though lipoid proteinosis usually has peri-vascular/peri-eccrine deposits, which is not seen here.

Pink deposits- could be amyloid or colloid milium
