Cribriform carcinoma. The thin septae/strands within ductal elements are a useful clue.

Favor primary cutaneous cribriform carcinoma over ACC. Highlighting the two cell populations, which could be detected using myoepithelial markers, are not found in PCCCs.

Primary cutaneous cribriform carcinoma. Clinical staging reveals no other lesions, confirming primary cutaneous disease.
