Is CD30 and ALK positive? I’m thinking of Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma ( systemic type because of axillary swelling.

·        IHC work up revealed strong diffuse positivity of the large, atypical cells with LCA, CD43 and CD30 (typical membranous and Golgi pattern of CD30 positivity). They showed also patchy positivity with CD5. They were CD3, CD7, CD15 and CD20 negative. ALK was negative. . The diagnosis of the skin biopsy was ALCL. Right axillary lymph node biopsy revealed nodal disease (ALK-negative).
