Clinical Details:
A 76-year-old gentleman with a history of metastatic colon cancer to liver and neuroendocrine carcinoma of lung, who presented with a 3-month history of a non-tender progressively growing lesion on his right cheek, the clinical differential diagnosis was an abscess.

What is the best diagnosis?
a) Metastatic adenocarcinoma from colon primary
b) Primary cutaneous adenocarcinoma
c) Metastatic neuroendocrine carcinoma from lung primary
d) Epithelioid angiosarcoma
e) Melanoma
