A 53-year-old, African American lady presented with a painful lesion on the left thumb and quickly progressed to many new lesions on her left breast, right nostril, right suprapubic region, left heel and left calf within 18 months, clinical differential diagnoses were spongiotic dermatitis, lymphoproliferative disorder or others.
What is the best diagnosis?
