My first tought is  lipofibromatosis like neural tumor

r/o DFSP or pigmented neurofibroma. 

Need melanocytic markers, S100, CD34, Pan TRK

My thought is Pigmented (melanotic) diffuse neurofibroma. I think I see Wagner-Meissner corpuscles in the last pic. Is there a history of NF?

The patient has NF1. 

Pigmented diffuse neurofibroma.
