Clinical Details: A 76-year-old gentleman with a history of metastatic colon cancer to the liver and neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung, who presented with a 3-month history of a non-tender progressively growing lesion on his right cheek, the clinical differential diagnosis was an abscess.
