89-year-old female with left upper cheek incision. Biopsy of ?Superficial BCC Left cheek. Non-healing flat pink lesion over 12/12 HX.

Can we see κ and λ chains? I am thinking plasmacytoma i cant rule out what Vincenzo said since plasma cells tend to be abundant in this location.
