Right shin 4mm punch biopsy. 10mm pink fleshy nodule. Surrounding erythema present ?3 weeks. ?SCC ?traumatic. On warfarin.

Looks like a high grade lymphoma on morphology (abundant apoptotic and mitotic figures). I think needs a panel of IHC to subtype.

Dear Colleagues,

 

Absolutely agree. The shift out of antigen and the peribulbal inflammation is classical of alopecia areata.
