An acute process with neutrophils in the epidermis. Impetigo, acute generalized erythematous pustulosis, or neutrophilic drug reaction are some possibilities. Clinical picture is relevant for the diagnosis.

Will do a PAS for Tinea and DIF for IgA pemphigus. AGEP is a possibility.

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis. Pas and DIF are both negative.

I think SCPD  type of IgA Pemphigus, SCPD(Subcorneal Pustular dermatosis) and Tinea are good differentials. The pattern in Neutrophilic Spongiosis. I do NOT think its impetigo since no bacterial colonies are seen here....
