Malignant spindle cell tumour for IHC study. Squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, leiomyosarcoma and atypical fibroxanthoma all come into the differential.

agree. doesn't look particularly vasoformative but in an exam I would add angiosarcoma into the differential
