Puzzling case. It seems an ANKLE TYPE DF, however 34ßE12+. The second pic shows atypical cells, and lymphoid nodular infiltrates...?metaplastic SCC.

I suspect a spindle cell squamous cell carcinoma although I would like to see if there is a component of conventional SCC in this or other fields with higher magnification.

Spindle cell SCC. It is indeed a difficult case which requires IHC for a final diagnosis. It is a partial biopsy and thus many architectural clues are missing.
