43 year old female with lesion on thigh.

A Spitzoid tumour with epidermal consumption,  absence of shrikage artifact around the nests,  absence of Kamino bodies,  intraepidermal ascent of large cells and multiple mitoses including abnormal ones are all pointers to a Spitzoid melanoma.
