The usual DD. Lympangioma circumscriptum vs angiokeratoma, here of Fordyce.. The clinical of "scattered" "red" papules rather grouped and the pathological of orthokeratosis and some epidermal hyperplasia favor angiokeratoma. The lake of packed BBCs and thrombosis with presence of proteinaceous pink matetial (? lymph) inside large dilated vascular channels speaks against. Of course clinical correlation will solve the issue..
