Lymphocytic lobular panniculitis with rimming of adipocytes.  SPTCL, although, distinction from lupus panniculitis requires IHC.

SPTCL, with classical atypical lymphocytes ( they should be beta-F1+, CD8+, and TIM3+, a new entry in IHC panel ), rimming adipocytes. But I'm seeing HLH, also, or am I wrong? HLH could be an adversal prognostic sign.

Lobular panniculitis, atypical looking Lc rimming adipocytes, HLH i also can see. My first differential is SPTCL , needs immuno
