erythema induratum? is there a history of TB?

Mixed lobular and septal panniculitis, with large vessel vasculitis...agree with NV/EI

Agree with Erythema Induratum of Bazin. TB history is NOT compulsory. However as a dermatologist from India, we do see a lot of such cases who turn out to be Manteaux positive or IGRA positive......Actually nowadays, the EIB is divided into 2 etiologies - one as tubercular and the other as non tubercular.

There is no history of TB. Clinically went along with polyarteritis nodosa.
