52 F, Right frontal hairline excision. Deeply hyperpigmented blue dermal naevus, 0.8cmx. 0.6cm. Recent sunburnt and sore.

Looks like a Common Blue Naevus. Dendritic and epithelioid melanocytes seen with no appreciable atypical.

Thanks for your comments. It was reviewed in our department and we felt the degree of cellularity but push this to a cellular blue category and one need to be cautious to see there are no sinister / atypical features.
