Slit-like vascular spaces with haemosiderrin? Perls stain, CD31, ERG and HHV8 to rule out angiosarcoma and Kaposi's sarcoma

Yes to me too it looks like a vascular tumor of high grade malignancy. Histopathological differentials to me include Angiosarcoma more than Kaposi Sarcoma. Need CD 34, CD 31, LyveF, HHV 8 and LANA

This was S100 and Melan A positive

Metastatic melanoma!

History taking revealed that the patient had earlier a lesion on the left sole that was removed by cryosurgery for a presumed diagnosis of plantar wart! Mostly, it was the primary.
