44 M, Rt forearm - excision biopsy. 6mm x 4mm changing blue nevus. Tender. Present 1 yr. Exclude melanoma/?angioma.

Thank you for your comments. This is a really interesting case and is a case of aneurysmal dermatofibroma. Best to use the term aneurysmal fibro-histiocytoma as these tumours can have a propensity to reoccur if incompletely excised and the recurrence rate is higher than normal classic dermatofibroma.
