Leprosy, Probably TT pole. Oblong curvilenear shaped granulomas with perineural infiltrate. Also Superficial and deep infiltrate with periadnexal accentuation seen. Fite will be negative in such cases (as they are paucibacilary)

Nice square outline of the biopsy with thickened and hyalinized collagen bundles and panniculitis are suggestive of morphea

I like the possibility of leprosy though; it's a good thing to always think about. The clinician thought it was morphea.
