Will need immunophenotyping. Looking at the large cells and the fact that it's a recurrent eruption, lymphomatoid papulosis comes to my mind.

Rosai-Dorfman disease?

This is NOT a lymph node biopsy. The other name for Rosai Dorfman is "Sinus Histiocytosis with massive Lymphadenopathy". It has very rare cutaneous manifestations. So that is an unlikely diagnoses here, in my opinion

Lymphomatoid Papulosis, type C ( hallmark cells in last pic ). Primary Cutaneous ALCL contains semicohesive strands and nests of anaplastic cells, instead the anaplastic cells are isolated and scattered, here.
