78 year-old woman, GP noticed multiple clustered asymptomatic 1-2 mm gray macules on left lower back and upper buttock pt. claimed present for at least one year. No history of trauma, tattoo or radiation. Referred punch Bx’s, submitted as pigment deposits, blue nevus vs. other

?Argyria There are perieccrine ochronosis-like brown deposits,but not enough granular.
