M, 30 The patient had a right above knee amputation following an accident. Skin grafting was also done to cover some skin defects. Four months later, he started to develop scaly erythematous papules and plaques within the scars of the donor sites.

After exclusion of infection i would go for scar sarcoidosis.

Yes, this was diagnosed as scar sarcoidosis
