Female 69, Multiple skin nodules present for 1 year. Recetnly some have ulcerated. Weight loss 20kg.

Are there indications as to what stains are what? I don't see anything.

Left column: HxE; CD3; CD5; CD8; TCRgamma; TIA-1; TCRbeta

Right column: CD2; CD4; CD7; CD56; Granz; HxE

First thought: PCGDTCL, but CD4+ and CD8+ is a weird phenotype. Waiting for the sentence.

Yes! PCGDTCL. Please note that CD4 is negative. Compare that with CD8. Please note that neoplastic cells do not express CD4. The stained cells are probably machophages.
