Female, 28. Pregnant 22 weeks. Congenital nevus on the right Hypochondrium with recent changes in color.

Note:
•In some areas we can see blending of the atypical cells with adjacent non-atypical nevus cells.
Absence of destructive expansible growth.
Absence of necrosis
Lack of high grade nuclear atypia
Paucity of mitotic figures
No atypical mitotic figures
So, this is not melanoma arising in a nevus...

Proliferative nodule in a combined melanocytic nevus.
