Primary cutaneous mucoepidermoid carcinoma ( from lacrimal glands ).

other possibility in endocrine mucin secreting sweat gland adenocarcinoma but it will have cystic and papillary component. synaptophysin is positive. however any lid tumor before we call primary malignant lid tumor, it is important to exclude primary elsewhere
