Let me analyze further: Likely Lichen Aureus variant of PPD or Pigmented Purpuric Lichenoid Dermatosis (PPLD) of Gougerat and Bloom. There are foci of basal cell vacuolization as well making it the most likely diagnosis among PPD variants

Itchy purpura of Doucasa and Kaspastenekis variant has more parakeratosis and acanthosis - hence ruled out. Also Schamberg's variant wont be expected to have this degree of basal cell damage. Hence the above 2 Differential diagnoses.
