Yes. Ameloblastoma. Peripheral hyperchromatic basal cell palisading + subnuclear vacuolation.

That is correct- Peripheral ameloblastoma- reverse polarity of peripheral palisaded nuclei and central stellate reticulum-like arrangement of cells.
