Coronoid lamella with Dyskeratotic foci underneath. No solar damage in dermis. Goes with Porokeratosis of Mibelli >> Inverse Porokeratosis. But let us remember Coronoid lamella is NOT sacrosanct of porokeratosis. It can also be seen with Warts, SCC etc although additional features of these diseases are missing here which makes us conclude this is porokeratosis (likely of Mibelli >> Inverse)
