45 Year old male with forehead biopsy Itchy, raised plaque on on frontal hairline (no rash elsewhere). Red patches ?Seborrhoeic dermatitis (raised, erythematous)

Bottom heavy infiltrate of abnormal looking lymphocytes is the striking feature. IHC - CD4, CD8, CD 20,CD30,CD 79a, BCL 2, BCL 6 to start with.
