A challenge to me. Looks like a sebaceous, but not enough. Looks like a sebaceous adenoma, but not enough. So it could really be a sebaceous carcinoma, couldn’t it?

I am leaning vs sebaceous adenoma or something benign adnexal (hidradenoma with extensive sebaceous metaplasia). I thought of sebaceous carcinoma but to my experience they are more mitotically active and have areas of necrosis
