L nasal sidewall, biopsy. ?Recurrent BCC. ?Radiodermatitis. BCC previously treated with XRT.

I fail to locate/distinguish any sort of malignant bcc remnants. I do notice areas with fibrosis and hyalinization. I think it is radiation  dermatitits
