Tough one. I think it is either a mixed normal-blue nevus (true - blue) or a DPN (WNT-activated deep penetrating/plexiform melanocytoma (WHO 2025). If i had to choose i wouldpick the second one. I would like to see LEF1 and bcatenin and BRAF stains. I did not see any mitotic activity and the melanin distribution is mesh/net like
