?Wilson disease-->?penicyllamine induced ESP. Very difficult to me. Waiting for the sentence.

Seems like pancreatic / gastric glands- could it be heterotropic umblical tissue. Or is there a mix up - upper panle of images show glandular tissue, and the lower panel of images from skin shows inflammation and an excoriation. Not sure.
