54-year-old female with 4mm punch biopsy - R forearm. Perifollicular hyperpigmentation and scarring alopecia hairline, grey/brown macular discolouration face chest arm.

Lichen planus pigmentosus. It may be associated with lichen plano-pilaris or Frontal fibrosing alopecia
