The final diagnosis is:  Histiocytoid Sweet’s syndrome

The differential diagnoses to consider are:

Erythema elevatum diutinum
Cutaneous infiltrate of myeloid leukaemia
Rheumatoid neutrophilic dermatosis
Erysipelas
