A 4 month male child skin coloured nodular swellings on toes-both feet duration 1 1/2 month.

Thank you for your comments. 

The final diagnosis is:  Infantile digital fibromatosis.

The differential diagnoses to consider are:

Tendon sheath fibroma.
Infantile myofibromatosis.
Fibrous hamartoma of infancy.
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.
