OK with carcinoma family, but EMPSGC should be the in situ precursor...favor Primary Cutaneous Mucinous Carcinoma,in this case.

That is correct! Primary cutaneous mucinous carcinoma arising from an in situ EMPSGC.  There was focal expression of chromogranin and synaptophysin.
