A 23-year old gentleman with a reported long history of an asymptomatic persistent plaque that began on his left medial ankle after a traumatic injury to this area. 71-year-old white gentleman (Vietnam Veteran) with a history of 2 skin-colored plaques forming on his left forehead and behind ear. Clinical diagnosis was insect/arthropod bite reaction.
